Christmas 2008

My apologies for taking so long to get these pictures posted, but we certainly had a lot of fun at our house this Christmas!

K3 and K4 model their new aprons and chef's hats.

K4 rips into her brand new kitchen set - she cooks for us almost every day!

K3 tears open his big gift - a tool bench with tools.

K2's big surprise was an electric guitar - in Dallas Cowboys blue, no less! He is having a great time learning to play (and so is Dad!).

Speaking of Dad, he was shocked to find one of the cymbals from 'Guitar Hero 3 - World Tour' in amongst his Christmas gifts!

Now - saving the best for last...

K1 has become a HUGE horse lover over the past year, yet she has never ever ridden one! So, for Christmas, we got her horse lessons, which include a free pass to the stables whenever she wants to visit. We put cowgirl boots under the tree for her, and with them was the certificate for her lessons. She was surprised by the boots, but once she read the certificate, she started to cry, and in turn, so did we! Everyone got big hugs, and it made for the best Christmas experience we have ever had. She has since had 3 lessons, and I will post pics of her with the horses

sometime soon.
